Filipino artistic gymnast Carlos Yulo wins the first gold in World's Gymnast Championship
Filipino Pride gymnast Carlos "Caloy" Edriel Yulo made the country proud recently after winning the gold medal in the floor exercises in the World Artistic Gymnastics in Stuttgart, Germany. He defeated opponents from Israel and China.
He is the first Filipino world gymnastics champion from the Philippines.

gymnastics stage after Filipino teen gymnast Carlos Edriel Yulo made a historic mark of winning the Philippines’ first ever world championship gold in gymnastics. With his determination, hardwork, discipline and training for 5 hours a day with the help of his Japanese coach, Munehiro Kugimiya. This 19-year-old athlete, the youngest competitor in this event.
