Vice President Leni Robredo was assign as the new co-chair of the Inter-agenxy Committee on Anti-Illegal Drugs (ICAD).

     She plans to enforce government's anti- natcotics without killings.

      "The Vice President must be given a wide latitude in outlining her own anti-illegal drug scheme and pursue without interference from other quarter backers, her own agenda which she envisions to be effective in addressing the drug menace" Panelo said.

       Robredo wants to join the operations willingly to see the hostile and mortal realities on the ground. She wants to end the senseless drug war killings, President Rodrigo Duterte appointed her to be the czar.

      She have her own ways on how to improve the 2016 War on Drugs campaign.
