Grad-waiting
A hardworking and a graduating student from grade 10 SPJ-Elysium. She is a student that takes study as a big priority. Smart and with awards, her name is Dina Mae Frias Manalo.
When she was in elementary, she already had a journalism experience that is why she chose to be a part of the section Special Program in Journalism (SPJ) because it is all about the press. She said that when she was in grade 7 she’s just chilling because only simple activities were given by the teachers, then in grade 8, she joined collaborative writing and gladly she was picked to join in the DSPC, when she won and advances in the RSPC.
According to her she was very overwhelmed because The Coconut wants skilled ad high standards students then it continued until grade 9

Then now as a grade 10 student it’s still the same. “Masaya na malungkot, masaya kais syempre naman diba? Sino bang ayaw grumaduate? Saka gusto ko na rin mag move sa ibang year level para naman masimulan ko na yung ibang journey tapos malungkot kais maraming memories na hindi na mauulit since yun nga yung mga experience ko dito sa Quezon High. “Mahirap sya kung wala kang tiwala sa sarili mo kaya para akong nasa barko na naglalayag sa gitna ng karagatan.” Ms. Manalo said.
